Account Manager / Supervisor
This position is an Account Manager / Supervisor. The ideal candidate for the Account Manager / Supervisor will have:
- 5+ years of direct marketing experience, preferably both on the agency as well as on the client side. Credit Card and/or Telecommunications background a plus.
- Theoretical understanding and hands-on experience in designing and implementing customer acquisition and retention programs. Specific focus on the use of rebates and incentives in the marketplace strongly desired.
- 5+ years serving as a direct client contact with both operations level and high-level executives. Excellent communication and listening skills are mandatory.
- Ability to manage all aspects of overseeing a program’s lifecycle from start to finish (i.e. creative strategy and implementation, project management, internal management, client/external management, etc.)
- Experience in creating and implementing marketing plans with emphasis on direct marketing and interactive efforts.
- Ability to delegate and supervise several other parties (i.e. assistants, vendors, banks, clients, end-users)
- Refined analytical skills especially in relation to growing and evolving client campaigns.
- Meticulous and strong attention to detail.
- Eagerness to hit the ground running without being micromanaged.
